Instructions

Please include your original invoice # and a detailed description of the issue you are having. We want to get you back into your bed as soon as possible.

  • Warranty Request

  • Home Inspection$99
    • Customer must have original invoice to request a warranty inspection.
    • Non-refundable fee of $99.00 must be paid prior to the inspection.
    • A certified Inspector will check mattress or box spring and determine if defective.
    • If defective we will deliver new replacement product at no additional cost.
