In-Store purchases can either be taken with you, or you can schedule a delivery time that’s convenient for you with your sales person. We have flexible delivery windows so you don’t have to worry about when it’s going to arrive. Ask about our

Online Orders
Shipped standard ground service for all standard size products in 5 to 10 business days, for oversized freight items expect 14 to 21 days. Item is delivered in the manufacturer’s packaging drop off only, set up is not available at this time outside of store locations in Illinois. Delivery available in the 48 contiguous United States only. If you are receiving more than one oversized freight item shipping may be additional. You will be notified by email with the estimated cost and delivery date.

Tracking
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped.
Canceling Order
You may cancel an online web order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 281.845.4BED. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel web orders once they have been shipped.
